Elwood Youth Wrestling is a highly competitive youth wrestling program located in Elwood NY. We are centrally located in the Huntington area of Long Island for the convenience of all wrestlers and coaching staff.
These young wrestlers are hard working, compete from November through March; some practice all year round, and all are truly a great group of boys, ranging from 1st to 8th grade. Since our inception, 1999, the team founder, Tom Giaramita, has always stressed a wrestler’s growth, respect, positive attitude, good sportsmanship, and high level of competition.
The 2009 Suffolk County High School Wrestling Championship Team from John H. Glenn High School was made up of many former Elwood Youth Wrestling members.
In order for Elwood Youth Wrestling to progress forward and grow, we need sponsors such as yourself and your company to help offset some of the many expenses we incur throughout the year. Expenses would be tournament fees, travel expenses, insurance, gear, uniforms, facility training expenses, financial assistance to players with financial hardships, etc… Any amount helps.
